      Extremely rewarding to work with children on the autism spectrum. All supervisors care deeply about their work and care deeply about ensuring that all behavioral therapists are well trained.

      1 dollar bonus after completing ~300 clinical hours

      Cons

      Not much support for new RBTs; de-escalation techniques learned on the job after earning certification, rather than during training. 1 dollar bonus is advertised as something earned automatically after completing 3 months on the job, but is actually only earned after completing 300 clinical hours.
