Pros

Wonderful training. Open and inviting work environment. Help you grow and move up within the field. Truly invest in helping you be the best. When you make a mistake there is not berating just help you find a clear path to correction and give you pointers so it's not repeated. Reasonably understanding of traffic delays when commuting. Managers are very approachable. In general the overall staff is unbelievably friendly and supportive.

Cons

Health insurance is awful! It's a very intense job with new tasks added to your duties regularly. You never feel a sense of being done. For the amount of work you do and the responsibilities the pay rather low.

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
