Pros

Free Bagels and much room for growth if your in the right team.

Cons

The pay could be better considering the competition that’s out. I also feel they can use more back office support in regards to the systems and platforms that helps this company thrive. I also noticed the Property Managers are not getting the support they need due to comfortability and non due diligence at the top of the workflow chain. Management also seemed a bit disorganised and a bit unprofessional in some cases. Ultimately, if you can handle this you’ll be fine, but I do have a concern on the property managers they are farming.

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
