Pros
The staff is personable, intelligent and willing to do whatever it takes. It's an energetic environment. The owners of the company are a few of the best men I have ever known. All of the management staff really go above and beyond for their employees. There are incentives & bonuses, recognition awards and regular company wide events (such as luncheons, competitions, etc.) Overall, I would definitely say this is the best place I have ever worked.
Cons
Sometimes the office get's cold. Really, that's the only downside I can think of.
