Really enjoyed the work environment, nice colleagues with a nice base of stable employees (had worked there for several years). Despite having some scale, still had a start up feel (in a fun way).

Sometimes there could be a disconnect with what we wanted to offer customers and what we could actually offer customers. Leadership always worked hard to deliver, but sometimes there would be a bit too much promised.
