A great platform to learn and grow our self in career, very good team which works like one family. Friendly hierarchy who understands us in every situation. I joined here as a fresher but in the span of 1 Year I am leading a team of 5 people. I learnt how to handle clients and also to lead a team. Mr. Raju Thammala- CEO is one of the best person I have ever met in my life. I have learnt a great deal on understanding people management and maintaining relationships from him. Mr. Gautam Kar- Managing Director gave me an amazing insight on delivery front. If you are unable to source the right resume, he will sit with you and source a resume together with you, to enhance your sourcing skills.
