Pros

Flexible schedule. You can make great money same day cash. They also have health benefits, very clean, delicious food, discount 50% off your food and when your coming in on your day off 50% off you and another person. They do give back for the EGGS program to get money back from getting good grades at a University. Lots of locations to help out at or to transfer to. Great place to make friends too.

Cons

You have to work one host shift every week there. The schedule isn't consistent. They don't recognize or do anything for people who have been there for a long time. A lot times black aprons are picked out of favoritism. They tell workers were watching you to become a black apron which is basically a leader with no extra pay just better sections and schedule therefore more money. But, then they have them going off the clock to pick up product ( using their own gas money) going to the bank same thing, doing the managers work for coupons, training people keeping their hopes up high for no reason. Also they sometimes would have us open the store and then expect us to unload truck at servers wage which isn't fair at all. Margaret is a bully and says very unkind things and switches her mind often. She has an issue with a lot females.

Great management, hours are great as they close at 2:30

Cons

Sometimes low pay. Its a breakfast/brunch place so people dont run uptbs that constitue high tips. Can expect around $175 a day in average

Pros

The store is only open until 2:30 so you’re guaranteed your nights off. The menu is fairly easy to learn and the seasonal menu doesn’t change that often.

Cons

Could be my stores location, but we are constantly fighting for hours and tables. There’s not enough income for all here. And when it’s brought up to management they say it’s our “slow season” but turn around and hired three more servers. Also the meanest clientele that I have ever worked with. Very demanding with little patience, and either bad tips ($2-$4) or no tips at all. Especially on large parties. I have spoke to many employees who have worked 3+ years for the company and many of them want to leave. Too often those that don’t do their work are rewarded and it’s put on the shoulders of those that do.
