With the addition of a new Commercial & Sales Director at the start of 2024, significant growth in the field sales team & a superbly capable & dedicated team in the office, the future here is very exciting!

First Trace/Snug is a great place to work with an exciting future. They offer a great deal of support & flexibility to staff, however due to the nature of our business, hybrid working isn't feasible in some of the roles at this time, so if this is key to you, FT might not be the best place for you. But overall, a great place to work.

Poor Training. Blame Culture. Untrustworthy Management. Management are not Supportive. Communication between higher management and smaller teams is extremely poor. High turnover in staff. Do not like promoting from within.
