      Good pay, great upper management who are motivating. Very forward thinking.

      Cons

      Vacation time is often lost LOTS of reporting that can be viewed by person reporting to easily. Must be available 24/7/365

      Laid-back work environment. Surrounded by usually very friendly employees

      Lack of benefits. Awful pay compared to other franchises. District managers and higher don't see people as anything but numbers and stats
