      Pros

      The flexible schedule, the employees, and the pay is good. The ability to make some serious extra cash and the pay scale is quick to jump to top pay.

      Cons

      In the north they don't pay you for snow days and they should. When the contract with the school the school pays them for certain amount of days. If it snows they are still paid so they should still pay the drivers.
