      Part time workers working hours guaranteed , bus safety measures well maintained, company dispatchers fast respond to incidents during trips, pay date are on time.

      Cons

      no benefit at all, not even provide opportunity to join group benefit on driver’s own expense, vacation pay not released to part time worker on each paycheck

      Pros

      The peers I work with are very family oriented and we care for one another. We all get along and work very well together.

      Cons

      Some of the managers aren’t the same way. Sometimes we feel like we’re excluded. I would like to grow with the company but I’m not sure if they feel the same way about me.
