Pros
Pay is decent. Benefits are good. Safety and quality minded. Most other employees are nice and helpful.
Cons
Management needs is out of touch. Too much favoritism shown to "friends". Hard too get promotions. Training needs to be improved. Hours are long and mandatory over time is sometimes implemented for certain employees. No communication between shifts or from management. Even when someone trys to improve working conditions they are blocked because of miss management and lack of communication.
