Pros
I had been working with FPG for almost 5 years, from an junior admin to a senior team member. I loved the people I worked with even though there has been some ups and downs about work but overall I felt the company is trying their best to create a better work environment for their employees. Company benefits were good as well such as paid travel, sabbatical, sales incentive etc.
Cons
Company was very focused in telecom recruitment, need to develop a new business in other sectors which they have been working on.
