Training is disorganized and you really need to be flexible and catch on quick in order to be successful. Pay is nowhere near what it should be, and bonuses are not always given despite reaching goals. Health insurance is extremely expensive.

Learning commercial insurance and Christmas party. Occasional department lunches.

Inconsiderate management, lack of communication, unprofessional conversations from management towards subordinates (gossip). Disorganization of processes and procedures. High turnover.
