Pros
People were nice and offered to help train. Training took place at a smaller bank in a small town that was a slower pace, which helps to catch on. You work Monday-Friday at the training branch. Holidays that your off are nice, you don’t get every holiday, but most holidays you do get. As a new trainee if a holiday falls on one that the bank is open, you get that as an accumulated day and you can use it later or let it build up.
Cons
Trainer at the time was pretty harsh. Customers there knew the original people there, so they assumed everyone knew who they were and didn’t need to give their information. You have to have a password book to keep up with all of the passwords to access different things. Fast and quick training wasn’t thorough enough and couldn’t help prepare for the speed that was going to be needed for a different and busier location.
