Pros
-Great culture -The team is dedicated to making the best game possible -Location is pretty nice! Ocean views from the front. -They do their best to not crunch, it happens as it does in any studio, however it is avoided as much as possible
Cons
-Traffic into Santa Monica can be tough sometimes, although it is worth it
