Unfair pay: Some new hires are offered much more than $15.25/hr when starting, even without previous experience. Most other employees perform the most basic tasks related to the job description, while a select few perform the basic task plus assist with processing mobile deposits, training new hires, and training existing employees on the procedures for processing mobile deposits, as well as assisting with mail. These employees receive no additional compensation for performing additional tasks and, in many instances, receive less than those doing the bare minimum. Poor management: Management has a tendency to ignore important issues affecting their team/employees, but a quick to get down on those employees for trivial matters such as dress code.
