Pros
The vacation and personal time off policies are somewhat generous. Health insurance benefits are fully paid by the employer. 401(k) matching is $1:$1 up to 5% of salary. Some middle management are great to work for.
Cons
Senior management does not encourage growth or development. They basically want drones that follow absurd rules and treat members well. Intelligence and skill are not rewarded. Bonuses are based on how well management likes the employee.
