      Pros

      First Command does offer career growth, especially if you aren't exactly sure where you want to end up in your career. They offer very flexible positions where you can learn what you like and eventually transition to that role.

      Cons

      First Command is extremely top-heavy. There are so many director positions within the company and nobody knows what exactly they do. The executive leadership team is also so out of touch with their employees it's not even funny. The company is constantly reorganizing and shuffling everybody around.

      Lots of baby boomers who don’t want to change work processes to enhance results, but they mean well :)
