Pros

Working from home was nice.

Cons

I worked here for a long time and I saw it go from a decent place to work, to a nightmare. The department is run so poorly and everyone can see it. The pay is also sad. I worked there for 5 years and I was struggling to pay bills. I found a job in the same field making much more money. The concept of the job is not hard, the poor communication from management and unrealistic expectations pushed me out the door. They promote the importance of a work life balance, but I spent every holiday, weekend, and most days late into the night sitting in front of my computer, stressed beyind belief trying to get things done. No job is worth that. If your supervisor doesn't like you, they will find a way to make sure you don't get a yearly bonus.

Pros

Remote work is the only positive thing about this company.

Cons

•Management is not properly trained. •Employees are not properly vetted. •Exempt staff is overworked without any consideration. •Non-exempt staff on mandatory overtime 99% of the time. •Insurance is terrible and Rx plan is useless. •Morale is awful. People are stressed and frustrated. Very few are treated with any respect at all. Upper management in this company is VERY comfortable talking to people extremely unprofessionally. •The company is run very much like a high school clique. Those who are favored get away with everything and anything while doing very little work. Those who are not part of the in crowd work entirely too much with no respect or even common courtesy shown to them. •There is no work life balance unless you are one of the management ego strokers. •Treatment of employees is not equal.
