Excellent environment to be creative, design, and implement. Get to gain experience throughout the entire design cycle. Great for building experience and very tolerant of learning, growing, and improving.
Cons
Not always the clearest direction forward on projects and the projects might change scope frequently, however it gives an opportunity for growth as a designer.
