Pros
- The people were nice but most of the good ones have left since I started. - Free snacks and drinks? - Chris is great. - The president is from Japan so he only comes in a couple times a year and he's super nice and genuinely cares about his employees.
Cons
- Outdated data systems and won't consider updating them. - Upper management is OVER paid and lower positions are underpaid. - They tell you it's one position but ask you to do the job of 3 people. - They don't train anyone properly and then when you speak out about it they criticize you for not being able to do anything correctly. - Not enough people in the corporate office to handle the volume of employees and problems. - Unrealistic deadlines. Real life situation: My evening plane got detoured from Dallas to Detroit because of a storm so instead of arriving at 10pm, I landed in Chicago at 3am. Called my boss to let her know that I wouldn't be in on time while in Detroit because I needed sleep and was told that because SHE had the following day off, I couldn't take it off. Management only really cares about themselves. TL;DR: You're going to be underpaid, overworked, and underappreciated.
