Pros
Guaranteed bonus every month. Might be only $100 or could be $600 or more as ASM. But you will always have a bonus. Fun environment. No two days are the same. Always have Sundays off and 1 additional day and you get paid holidays off. Asm's make 3 shares of the store bonus and MGRs make 6 shares. Both are good numbers.
Cons
Pay rates and amount of bonus depends on the volume of your location. Some locations only do personal loans while others do Full Pawn loans, buy and sell merchandise and do personal loans. Pawn brokers only make 1 share of the monthly bonus.
