Very negative environment - Tax Analyst First Cash Employee Review

There is no hybrid schedule and even overtime is done at the office. The total time required to work is similar than at a CPA firm with 2,280 hours. There is no overtime pay. There is poor work and life balance. There is a lot of work all the time. Management is very demanding and puts a lot of pressure. They are not reasonable with their staff.
