      Money if you can get percents management if they like you hours If managers like you enough most of the customers were amazing

      Cons

      Make it impossible to make the numbers to make money. ..upper management VERY arrogant and they are rolling in the money as they dangle it over your head

      fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

      Cons

      district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
