Pros
Good work experience, learned a lot about negotiations and jewelry. Compensation was good, and was a position that you could work the hours scheduled and then clock out and not worry about things during time off.
Cons
Company takes advantage of customers. Talk is about satisfying customer needs, but ultimately it is about collecting the most fees from each person walking in the door as possible.
