Pros
My managers are great, coworkers are fun. A small staff allows everyone to get to know each other and mess around. Pay is good, plus commission. Motivated to meet margins to make more commission. Managers give recognition for good job. Benefits are good like maternity leave, sick days, and vacation days, even though I don't necessarily use them. Automatic raises every year. Nice to help out customers in need and fun to negotiate. Will work with schedule.
Cons
Some coworkers don't care as much or pay as much attention to detail, so you have to kinda clean up after them. Very short staffed and people don't take the job seriously enough and it's a little more responsibility than people initially expect.
