      Pros

      as the first employee ,in 1983, money and advancement was evident. many years passed and progress happened. I opened my own shop.

      Cons

      Too many high school buddies. Also, finding positions for workers(corporate) that were't skilled. No recognition for a 4 year college degree.

      fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

      Cons

      district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
