Defiantly not boring. Helping people as much as management will allow. Vacation and sick pay that is extremely hard to use.
Cons
Lies, back stabbing, no ethic. Just keep in mind with this company EVERYONE is replaceable. No one is valued. It doesn't matter how hard you work and how much of your life this job takes away from you, your head is always on the chopping block.
