1. Got to work on projects that would be leveraged by the organization. 2. Managers and supervisors consider you as a full time employee. 3. Very flexible. 4. Great co-workers. 5. Very encouraging supervisor. 6. You get to meet top management people.
Cons
1. The compensation is very less. 2. The HR team gives you internship project which I didn't find helpful and there were activities for each week which were time-consuming and not at all useful
