      Pros

      I really enjoyable of the people I get to work with. Customers and team members. It is a fun business and unlike any other in the retail and finance sectors.

      Cons

      Budgets can be tied to close to the price of gold with no plan B when gold prices drop. Very stressful at shop manager and above.

      fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

      Cons

      district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
