I really like the mentoring I received while interning at First Capital while I was at UCF. The owner, Chuck Mitchell, has been in commercial real estate for decades, and combines quality values and integrity with every client... something you don't find in an often dog eat dog industry.

JP and Dan can sometimes be on your case, but they mean well, and are in the business of grooming successful junior brokers. I learned a ton from Jean Paul, and would recommend anyone looking to intern with a commercial real estate firm/broker in Orlando, give him a call.
