There is ongoing education available for the construction team. There is a lot of educational literature available regarding every aspect of the construction of the homes

Pay is low, raises are non existent, bonus program is difficult to obtain, pay towards labor contractors is bottom of the barrel wages yet, the QA team expects high quality performance.
