Pros
Ability to work from home great people (below C-level) work / life balance (varies by function) commitment to DEI (see cons for caveat)
Cons
Many of the C-level leaders are inexperienced and/or ineffective. The "right hand" person brought in by the CEO is toxic, but the CEO doesn't seem to care as he continues to promote her ever higher in the organization despite the fact that every function she touches performs worse after she's been at the helm. Collectively, C-level management has no clue as to how to get the stock price moving upward, so they have been in the process of downsizing, while not coming out and acknowledging what they are doing with the employee population. There is a complete lack of accountability for delivering upon performance objectives that permeates the organization. Note to HR: porting a poor performance management process into WorkDay does not make it an effective process. There is a stealth affirmative action paradigm relative to promotions that has been operating for the last few years that undermines the positive DEI work that has been done.
