Pros
Work from home opportunity is a plus although you make up for it by being connected 24/7. I worked alongside some good people at the worker bee level but the smart ones moved on within six months.
Cons
Zero training. Zero ramp. You are on the hook from day one. I was put on one of the largest accounts in the first two months of my employment and went down with the ship. This is where careers go to die. Two VP's lied to my face multiple times and took credit for team successes while throwing major issues over the fence when they didn't have answers and needed someone to blame. No one takes responsibility for ANYTHING. My immediate bosses were unbalanced shells of where people used to be; no personality, no wit, no smarts, not healthy and their family life was non-existent.
