the only pro i can think of is working remotely. many people working different time zones, so that it is easy to hustle
Cons
my manager never talked to me about salary raise, bonus even though I was always working hard. I did many achievements, but manager never appreciated; however, i did 1 thing wrong, my manager just kept blaming me. why the company never think about get rid of such managers. the company constantly changed priorities and lots of plans had never been executed
