Pros
You'll be around people that are smart, care and are great at their jobs. Good perks like unlimited PTO, sodas in the fridge and a keg. A lot of the perks (catered lunches, culture club events, etc) are in the Lincoln office only. Time off is given to volunteer.
Cons
The pay is criminally low (a number of people work multiple jobs), health benefits have a lot of room for improvement. Frequently need to work remotely when things come up on the weekends or when you've taken time off.
