Working at Firepoint has been the best experience in my history of job holding. I love the people I work with, and most importantly, I love what I do. I enjoy what I do and I have fun. Its a great feeling, looking forward to coming to work everyday.
The community we have here at work is very unique. We are always here to help one another out with their workload. Here at Firepoint there are no set boundaries. One does not stick to their complete job description. We are all here for each other.
If you ask questions and love to learn as you go you will fit right in. Firepoint is a great company for people who are looking to make a difference in their client's lives and for people who like to bring joy to other. Its more than just a job, it is a career with opportunities to advance. The satisfaction of knowing you have helped someone else's life thrive, is a priceless feeling.
Cons
There are no set rules and regulations so you do need to be proactive instead of reactive. You need to be able to handle stress in situations where something unknown happens and you have a deadline to fix it. Everything is also computer based, so if you are not good with technology, you may struggle.
Problem solving skills should be able to get your through any tough spot.
