A small company with a unique history and very specific combination of people and experience that attracts the most interesting clients. Cons
Still mostly working remotely... Haven't physically met everyone yet. Company is still small and relatively unstructured... pros and cons to this, but induction pack good be more complete? Genuinely struggling to think of anything else.
