Pros
Good exposure to deal making and executing. Management encourages employee participation at all levels. You're given as much control in running a deal process as you're able to prove you can manage. Culture is second to none as well.
Cons
Expect days where you could be extremely busy and others where things seem to move slowly, so you've got to know how to use/manage your time accordingly.
