The politics between the senior management

Firstly, I was going through other reviews, and what struck me is that, there are pretty polarizing views about Finomena. It seems only natural that there will be friction when a lot of passionate people come together. We are not here to earn a living but to create an impact. Obviously, there will be people who have different priorities in life, and hence the difference in perception. Anyway, I am not just going to list down the pros here. Bullet points without context are moot point, so i'll give some anecdote/context around everything that I feel is good about Finomena. At finomena, everything starts with trusting people, and giving them responsibility. We believe in growing people into leaders and pushing them to their limits. As mentors, we have our co-founders who are very very passionate about the whole company, about each and every member of the family and go an extra mile to ensure that everyone is heard. We put in extra effort to ensure that we have an open and transparent environment in the company, and everyone here is encouraged to discuss, debate and pursue on their ideas. At a technical level, we are solving very hard problem where the problem space is literally undefined. Defining the problem itself is half the problem solved, and we are tackling it one piece at a time. In terms of the team, we have a great set of people, who have grown into becoming experts in their field. We are actively looking for passionate people who will be a part of this ambitious undertaking.
