Nice Office Weekends Off, Lots of Freedom with great support from the Manufacturers. Small Family Owned business and involved in the local community. Sales teams are great people to work with. Extremely diverse company, pretty good commission pay plan. The best parts department in the city with the largest sock on hand.
Cons
Unrealistic goals for commercial sales department, Lack for support on funding department. Scared to take risks with new department. Service Department Sucks and has no oversight. Although it is still growing it has the worst parking situation i have seen at an auto group. Upper management smokes in demos. All managers are not treated as managers. Most are treated like sales people. Lots of inappropriate behavior fro the staff toward each other. It seem hard for them to separate business from personal.
