Discount good..a lot of the people there are real good people, few supervisors
Cons
Favoritism, will only promote people they like, not people who are qualified. Supervisors look out for no one...if it isnt in there best interest they dont care about you. Dont think your supervisors will go to bat for you there..they wont.
