      Pros

      I was at Finish Line for nearly 8 years and it was an awesome place to work until about a year ago.

      Cons

      The IT department is a train wreck now. People are leaving as fast as they can. The department has suffered better than 20% turnover in the last 9 months and it is going to get worse. Do NOT apply here! There is a reason they have so many openings in IT.

      good support from higher up management, opportunities for growth, accepting and diverse company

      Pros

      coordination between salesfloor and backroom is really good. small location so knowing all the stock isn't that difficult.

      Cons

      training is not very thorough so it's better if you have prior retail experience.
