Pros

The team (NOT MANAGEMENT). They were my rock and I never would have made it out alive without them. They all deserve so much more.

Cons

too many to list, but the disrespect and abuse of authority deserves mentioning. I have never been yelled at and talked down to so much in my life. Fingerprint is a place where you will put in countless hours for minimal pay. Management blames employees for their own problems that come with owning a business, and it's not right. the 5 minute lunch breaks we were allowed to have during the 10 hour mandatory work day (illegal) was disgusting. If you are seriously considering taking a job at Fingerprint, find a current or previous employee to talk with before you jump in. I guarantee that conversation will have you running for the hills.

Pros

As an intern for Fingerprint Communications, the work is fast-paced (think a New York agency), the expectations are high, the experience is unbeatable & when your internship is over, the examples of work you've done is unheard of for most internships. Thankful for this experience!

Cons

Can't think of any really... perhaps the LA traffic.

Pros

Got to work on some interesting accounts

Cons

From day one, it was evident that the atmosphere was suffused with unnecessary drama and negativity. Professionalism was lacking on multiple levels. Senior management set a terrible example by engaging in favoritism. This behavior trickled down, resulting in a work environment where respect and professionalism were nonexistent. The overall office culture was toxic . It had a direct impact on employee morale, leading to a high turnover rate. Many talented individuals left due to the toxic atmosphere fostered by the company.
