Pros
I've worked here for a long time and it's been the most challenging and rewarding position I've held anywhere. Each person helps sculpt the culture, their position within the company and keep each other accountable - to the clients and the company. No one drops the ball because you're always going to face the person that has to pick it up. It's dynamic, rewarding work with relationships cultivated through a ton of markets you'd never dreamed you'd come into contact with. Family and life balance is key - you're not getting phone calls past 5 or on the weekends. Your time is your own and there's a lot of respect for the individual.
Cons
Clients relations are the most rewarding and demanding part of the job. It feels like a handful of clients don't have the respect and etiquette you'd come to expect with business relationships. It can be draining to try to reason with someone if they aren't reasonable to begin with. I have the greatest respect for the account managers and receptionists as they are on the front line of customer service.
