      Senior management are non technical people especially VPs and CTO. Lot's of politics in the team. Probably they are just lucky enough to get a fintech project from saudi. It should be a service based company.

      Show biz company where a founder who has never sailed before wants to run a tight ship. Fridays used to be off. Blame game tournament 24/7

      Service company with a Saudi fintech client Engineering Leads with no knowledge Product managers are account managers Every single person is preparing for job interviews Work on weekends They threaten you to resign if not working on weekends
