Pros
One thing I can say is, If you stay here long enough, you will learn out. There is a lot of project ownership with this company. You are expected to deliver your work, at the time you specified.
Cons
THIS REVIEW IS SPECIFIC TO THE PHILADELPHIA OFFICE
1. Management is very unstructured as it is a small company, so everybody does everything. However, my interview process was very disorganized, the president at the time did not bother to spell my name correctly ,worst of all, I would get emails at 11 pm to show up the next day for an interview.
2. In my time there, I found out that they only hired internationals, specifically international girls and a majority of them were "let go" for meaningless reasons. Management comes up with any and all excuses to let go of interns. Which has led to very very high turn over, e.g. before me, there had been about 10-15 people employed in my position in less than a year.
3. There is a lot of micro management and favoritism. Again due to the small size of the office, the "core" group of employees are allowed to do certain things while the
'new hire" can be chastised and in some cases terminated for engaging in the same behavior.
