Pros

Some genuinely talented people on the delivery and operations teams who care about doing good work. The client relationships I built were the best part of the job, and the work itself can be meaningful when the focus is on quality.

Cons

The company went through major changes during my time there, and the shift in direction was abrupt and jarring. Sales expectations became unrealistic overnight, with aspirations that didn’t reflect the market or the resources provided. Performance was judged almost entirely on short‑term numbers, not long‑term client value or relationship strength. The biggest issue was the cultural shift. After the acquisition, the company aligned itself with an organization whose approach and values were the complete opposite of what had made the original team successful. The emphasis on genuine client relationships and high‑quality delivery took a back seat, and it became clear that the priorities had changed dramatically. Communication around these changes was minimal, and employees were often left trying to interpret sudden pivots without context or support. The result was instability, confusion, and a noticeable decline in morale.

Pros

Leaders take employees seriously, providing them with the resources they need to perform, and compensating them fairly.

Cons

Size of company means that upwards progression can be limited.
