      Pros

      Vice president/boss(not the owner of the company) is nice and let me be flexible with my schedule when needed.

      Cons

      Nowhere to advance to..Raises don't exist..Mandatory overtime at times which I'm not even sure is legal..

      Pros

      A nice casual place to work with some room for advancement. Plenty of friendly people there and the holidays were a lot of fun.

      Cons

      When the mortgage business goes down then there are a lot of layoffs, but usually they never call you back. They hire new people instead.
